• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price differences across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Use of Software: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.

• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account.
• Abuse: Abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other users.

5gbet always strives to provide a reliable and stable service. However, 5gbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Losses due to internet disconnection or technical issues.

• Loss of password or account credentials due to user negligence.

Under any circumstances, 5gbet's maximum liability is limited to the real-money balance in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

Reasons 5gbet May Close Your Account

• Violation of any clause under these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
